A: A lower count, ideally the 70%, is better at sanitizing. It sounds weird, but having more water in the molecules, vs 90%, 70% helps break open the molecule, bc it allows the extra water to do that,

WHY do they need to put FRAGRANCE in hand sanitizer?! Well it's in there and I'm allergic to it, instant headache and my throat got itchy -- if I would've left it on any longer it would get hard to breathe, so had to stop at a gas station and wash my hands (twice!). YUCK! Returning.
