Hask Argan Oil Repairing Shampoo - 12 fl oz

I wanted to switch shampoos to something sulfate free, this instantly makes my hair feel soft which is unexpectedly pleasant from a shampoo. I like the smell and that the bottle is slightly see through so I know how much I have left. For reference I have heat damaged 3a curls. I also use the argan oil conditioner and leave in spray daily.

I had high hopes for this shampoo, but unfortunately, it left my hair extremely dry and brittle after just a few uses. I noticed significant breakage and an alarming amount of hair falling out, which was heartbreaking. It felt like it stripped all the moisture from my hair rather than nourishing it. I wouldn’t recommend this product, especially if you already have dry or delicate hair.

WARNING: There is a high chance this product will make your hair fall out! This shampoo has done the complete opposite of its purpose—- my hair has fallen out in CHUNKS during the washing and during blow dry! So much hair has came out of my head, I could turn it into a miniature wig! HASK Argan Oil “Repair” Shampoo has left my hair BRITTLE, dry, thin, and uneven! I had thick, curly, brastrap-length hair. It’s now ruined. There are many other consumers who have complained about the same thing. I am just so glad I did not use this on my daughter’s hair! There should be a class-action lawsuit against this brand. Do not buy!

This used to be my go to shampoo, but after using it for like a few months, it started making my hair VERY dry, and it took forever to detangle my hair. This shampoo is fine for a while but then it starts to make some types of hair very very dry. I changed to a different brand and I'm super happy I did.

Very good moisturizing shampoo

Barely any suds. Sat on top of my hair not penetrating through to the rest of my hair, and my scalp felt like a stinging sensation… i have a hard time finding shampoo that my fine hair can handle and I switched over to this bc 2Chic gave me major hair loss and always left my hair feeling straw like and this is the same.. I don’t know what to use anymore, everything has so many chemicals. I had really thick long hair now it’s super think and I shed like crazy from the last shampoo..

Listen, I am not the dramatic type when it comes to my hair nor do enjoy leaving negative reviews, but am in disbelief how much this damaged my hair in only 2 uses! I also developed an extremely itchy and flaky scalp. I would lie in bed at night and couldn’t stop clawing at it. Before I took my last shower I started brushing my hair and noticed a lot of short, broken patches. I had also remembered how over the last week that my hair was falling out a lot more and looked significantly thinner. I didn’t understand because this all started happening rather abruptly. I continued to brush my hair over my white sink so I could clearly see how much breakage coming off and I was SHOOK. My hair is so thin, broken and straw-like now. I want to cry. I’ve been a cosmetologist for 10 years and usually only use professional product but hey I am human and needed something quick and cheap to wash my kids and my hair before my next pay day. I have been using the same products in my hair for years and this is the ONLY change I’ve made. I ran to read the one-star reviews and unfortunately there are many others that have experienced the exact same thing.

washes hair well. smells good. i finished two bottles, and i didn’t rlly notice any improvements in my hair though

I’ve tried several different shampoos from hask and get the same result. After three months of use, I noticed major hair fallout. Save your money. Try something else. It’s drying too

please do yourself a favor and read the ingredients before buying a shampoo. Some of the ingredients in this shampoo are toxic. My hair has been shedding a lot since I started using this shampoo. I have emailed the company already. I'm waiting for them to get back to me. This is very upsetting to say the least.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this. I’ve never considered my scalp to be sensitive but this made my scalp so itchy! I tried dealing with it since I had pretty much a full bottle but could not deal with the discomfort. I did not notice much of a difference to my hair at all in terms of improvement but it did feel more stripped or dry compared to previous shampoos.

I bought this in Mexico not knowing the brand but in need of something because the hotel shampoo was ruining my hair. After switch to this my hair went from dry and brittle to feeling clean and so soft. It is now my favorite shampoo. I'm about to try the thickening formula.
