glass frame was broken

i'm so sad that this frame arrived with a broken corner. the rest of the frame is fine but packaging should be more shatter proof considering how sensitive glass is. i might keep the frame which i'll either have to find a way to hide the broken piece or replace the glass :( i know other reviewers complained about broken glass but for some reason i thought i'd be more lucky.

Would have been ok but...

So the product boxes have "fragile" tape on them but then they were packed inside a bigger box with NOTHING taped or written anywhere that says fragile. So guess what... they both were broken upon arrival. Terrible fulfillment and packing practice from them.
