Q: Does this have weighted base to prevent tipping over in wind? The one I have blows over very easily so I added rocks to the base. I need a 2nd one & think this is same one I bought at Target yrs ago.

A: The base is not weighted as that would add to the shipping cost. If used outdoors, in a very windy area not protected by a covered porch, the tree would need to be secured in place.
