Q: Are they re-sealable or do you rip the seam when removing the diaper? Is there any way to seal the diaper once it’s removed and rolled up to throw away?

A: Great question! Our SmartyPants are not resealable. Our pull up style pants are designed to easily tear off on the sides when you need to take them off (so you don't need to pull them down and create a mess). There is a tab is actually a little piece of tape that allows you to close the diaper up when you're taking it off, so you can roll it up and use the tape to seal it closed. Our regular diapers have elastic ears (tabs) that serve that function, so our diaper pants have the added tab for this function.

I read a lot of reviews here about these diapers not fitting their baby, so I was a little worried. The size 4 fits my 20 lb 6 month old perfectly! We bought them because we were struggling to do diaper changes because she wouldn’t stay on her back, but she loves to stand and these diapers made it easy to change her. Plus they contained what would have been a blowout in our Millie moon diapers. They’re pricey, but definitely worth it for us

Its not the sizing its the waistband
We love Healthybaby diapers and decided to try these out when our original pant was starting to give LO rashes. What I love about the pants is that they’re basically the diaper, and that’s what I was looking for. Then came the waistband. Everything fits on my LO perfectly besides the waistband. It was so tight that she started screaming and would not stop until I finally thought to check the diapers. Sure enough she instantly stopped when I pulled them off and, frankly, I was pretty ticked off that my little love was that uncomfortable in these. We tried to size up, but the 5 is just way too big and was sagging and gaping. Not to mention, the waistband in the 5 was still pretty stiff and tight. I forgot to add my little is tall and thin. It really sucks because these are basically unusable for us and we were really looking forward to giving them a go. Hopefully the waistband is updated to be more flexible and soft.

Too tight in waistband
Purchased because I like this brands diapers. I sized up because the diapers run small. These not only run small but the waistband that should stretch us too tight with little give. I ordered two boxes and will be exchanging the unopened box for the diapers. I didn’t notice a chemical smell with the diapers about I do with this. Specifically where the waistband is. I cannot attest to any other features because it’s too tight for LO to wear.

Sizing is completely wrong
Bought size 4, had read that the sizing and weight ranges for sizing had changed recently...package says 20-32lb...my baby is 22#s and they were so tight they left marks and she cried everytime we tried to put them on her. What a waste of money since you cant return them! Otherwise really liked the material and plain whitenorganic diaper!

Too small
I had high hopes for these but they run VERY small. My toddler was wearing Hello Bello’s largest diaper size 6 which were getting a little snug so I was glad these came in larger sizes. Followed the size chart but size 7 barely covers her butt so anytime she moves, it slides off one butt cheek.

Love/hate releationship
Love that they’re a clean brand and how soft they are. Didn’t realize how soft they were until switching back to Pampers pure protection. I Hate that the size 5 waistband is tight, but the size 6 waistband fits great but too loose on the legs which causes an awful rash between the thighs. I hate that you can’t purchase the diapers in store and it takes forever to get delivered which makes it inconvenience if you run out. Hopefully they fix sizing.

These really are one of the best diapers out there, but for some reason they run small! Specifically Size 4. The recommended weight isn't even close. Had to return to get size 5. Other than that, they are extremely soft, the waistband is snug and stays in place as well as prevents your little one from taking it off, and the absorbency is good.

Had high hopes for these diapers, but dissapointed
I LOVE that these diapers are organic and made with clean ingedients. I have peace of mind when putting them on babies. Unfortunately they did not work as well as expected. It was sometimes frusturating not knowing which was the front and which was th back. It was a struggle to rip them off at times. The lack of an indidcator line for when the diaper was dirty was an inconvenience. The diapers also could not be used overnight.

Too tight on the waist
I really want to love these but regret to say they are very tight on the waist (wish I had listened to one of the earlier reviews). Texture wise they are very slightly softer than the Millie Moon ones. Unfortunately will be returning them.
