Q: Are these bags scented?

A: I purchased this product recently at Target and they are absolutely scented. I think one or more runs of these bags were mispackaged. Ilen is correct the fragrance is unpleasant and overpowering.

To maintain odor-free processing, our manufacturing facility routinely checks finished products, but the product sometimes absorbs odors before it reaches you. For this reason, they should not be stored with perfumed items such as dryer sheets, laundry detergents, etc.

Q: if sealed properly, are these air/water tight ? e.g., could they work to 100% seal in and eventually pests such as roache or bed bugs nymphs that can crawl through the tiniest of holes?

They work fine, but they were definitely scented and there was no scent specified anywhere on the packaging. They smell like fabuloso, so maybe they accidentally packaged those ones in a regular box? Or they just smell like this and don't bother to label it as such. Definitely not expected.

These bags have a horrible perfumed scent. Nowhere online or on packaging does it say this product is scented. The bags are fine but the smell is overpowering. Got a refund.

Great. Size, although not supposed to be scented at all, they are highly scented. My daughter almost broke out in an Asthma attack, we had to pitch the one box returning the second. They are great, strong, durable bags. It's a shame they ruin them with this highly chemical scent.

These bags were purchased to pack up clothing for donations and they held up great! They did not rip and they were able to carry a lot. I don't think the handles on the flaps made a difference since we used the flaps to tie them closed, but overall the bags are great!

These are SCENTED and will make you feel ill. I have no idea who thought it was a good idea to add fragrance to these bags. I don’t even want these stored in my home, they are so pungent. I didn’t know they were scented when I bought them. It’s not mentioned on the box.

These bags are scented!!!! Absolutely no indication of so on the target website or on the box. Seem to be good, sturdy bags, but I was going to use them for storage and absolutely do not want a Christmas tree spelling like perfume let alone other items infused with this scent.
