for application in the lower anal canal: remove cover from dispensing cap. Attach dispensing cap to tube. Lubricate dispensing cap well, then gently insert dispensing cap partway into the anus. thoroughly cleanse dispensing cap after each use and replace cover, children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor, Directions adults: when practical, cleanse the affected area by patting or blotting with an appropriate cleansing wipe. What happened?
I used this in my previous pregnancy and thought it worked just as well as the name brand stuff. I bought it again for my current pregnancy and it is not the same. The applicator tip is so painful to use and the cream itself is very irritating. Looks like it’s back to the name brand for me. Do better Target… Sincerely, an uncomfortable pregnant lady.

This stuff definitely works. 😍 I just had my first baby nine months ago, and although so exciting and amazing, it definitely made my body a wreck. I have always struggled with the "raging roids" but when I had my baby, it was so much worse.. until I found this cream. This cream and they're wipes have made them go down tremendously. I could not be more happy. It burns a little, but the burn disappears after a few minutes, and as my dad would always weirdly but accurately say, "when it's burning, it means it's working. It's like it's working it's magic." I promise you, this stuff is a miracle worker and I'm not even being paid to write this. Good job Up & Up. Thank you! 🫶👍

Becareful this stuff casued more damage then good
Alright so I'm 27 never had issue with this before but I thought I'd give it a try based off reviews... do your self a favor and if you are truly in as much discomfort I was in then just get the preparation h. With this stuff it was never a relief if anything the burning and uncomfortableness was even worse. I went and got preparation h and not even 5 minutes later instant relief... glad I know for next time at least. And yea I waited for 3 days of continuo use and it honesty felt like it was enlarging the Hemaroid instead of shrinking it.

It works!
This cream works! I started using it at night when I got it and the next day it wasnt as painful. The second night I was able to sleep comfortably. The second day it wasnt really any pain and I was able to sit down and get up with ease. The hemorrhoid is still there, but it has shrunk. You have to use this cream 4x a day to see results as the instructions say. I would definitely recommend. I was skeptical at first becuase it wasnt a big brand name, but this cream works!!! i will continue to use this whenever I need to.

It works!!
I was dealing with some irritation back there and thought maybe it was from my new soap, so I stopped using it for a couple weeks and started applying coconut oil after the shower. The symptoms ultimately elevated and I knew it was definitely hemorrhoids at that point..Picked this stuff up and gave it a shot. Felt it “working” a few mins after applying and it gave immediate relief! Symptoms are not gone completely but I’m starting to feel like myself again already:)

This is the good stuff. For some reason I’ve started developing hemorrhoids even with good bowel movement. It provides instant relief with a cooling effect. Shrinks it much faster than using an antibiotic cream. Also numbs the area and stops itching. Good pricing too.
