A: Yes our Mighty Patches are generally safe, but please note that we only test on consumers 18+. Since younger skin is usually more sensitive, we recommend to try leaving the patch on the pimple for only 4-6 hours at first, for children younger than 18 as a patch test. And to not use more than once or twice in the same area. If they have any sensitivity, then they should stop use and consult their doctor.

These work great! My daughter loves these. I would caution those that have sensitive skin that they can get too sticky and cause a mark. I tried them and it left a red mark on me, but my daughter never gets a mark.

empty box
picked up my order from target went to dinner finally home showered about to do my face routine and the box is empty! bought a box the blue one and that one has the patches on it. wtf target do better!

All pimple patches are just hydrocolloid, so they work basically the same way and most are similarly effective for me. However, I find that these stick well, are thin and comfortable (I don’t notice that I’m wearing them), not super noticeable, and absorb a lot of gunk!

Perfect for daily and overnight use!
I use these often during my hormonal acne flare ups and even on my back! I put one on during the daytime, typically during school, or leave it on overnight and the pimple is completely gone! So worth the money, i’ve been purchasing for years!

Absolutely love these I received these to try out when I ordered the deep “microdart patch and love them especially to use overnight they completely got all the gunk out of my pimple will most definitely be ordering these next time around. I love the fact that they give you something to try which makes it so much easier deciding what brand to get. The hero mighty patches are my all time favorite.
