Expired Food
The day I purchased this item it leaked in the bag before I got it home. When I removed it at home I saw the expiration date was a month earlier. It had expired a month ago. I returned it but I am not going to ship groceries anymore at target. The last year or so I have noticed anything outside of boxes items are in very poor quality , often at the expiration date or spoiled upon opening. I don’t now what’s happened to target but it’s really disappointing.

Tried to use this as a ham substitute for Thanksgiving It didn't cook evenly or throughout. The flavor doesn't stick. Alnost felt like we were eating a flavorless Canadian ham. I would leave if for sandwiches.

Target’s Good & Gather uncured ham is a favorite at our Thanksgiving table. Some of our guests prefer slices of this delicious, flavorful ham more than turkey. Just layer slices with dampened paper towels (to retain moisture) on plate/platter & microwave 3-4 minutes on high.

Fuzzy Skin
It tasted great with a honey glaze until I noticed all of the skin was covered in some kind of long fuzz/hair. I can only hope it was because it was wrapped in some kind of cloth during processing. I shouldn't have to cut the skin off to eat it.

This Ham is really good. So good it neds to be sold in much larger sizes. In fact it is so good the website has a limit on how many you can order, and the store is often out of these Ham. For sandwiches you can't go wrong with this Ham Product and Brand. It is really good.

Best ham ever!
So flavorful not chewy. I did soak it in water for a bit and rinsed it several times due to the salty comments the night before cooking. I removed ham 2hours before baking to let it get to room temperature. My ham was over 12 lbs so baked for about 1:45 at 275% then left it on warm hold till served. Best Pre Sliced Ham EVER!
I bought on of these hams for Christmas. It was absolutely delicious! Hands down the BEST pre sliced ham I’ve ever prepared or eaten. I followed the directions for heating. After 1 hr in the oven at 325 F I removed it and covered the surface with a glaze made from 2tsp dried mustard, 2 tbs dark brown sugar and 2 tbs. apricot jam and returned it to oven for another 35-40 mins. The flavor of the glaze permeated the inside of the sliced ham imparting a wonderful flavor to the ham. I will definitely buy this ham again! Another plus was that this ham was not overly salty at all!

Good for Dogs
I don’t eat ham but I buy this for my dogs and they love it. I don’t cook it because it’s comes cooked so I cut it off to feed them . I get a few of these for them. I’m even bought one for a neglected neighbor dog which their house is right behind me that they never feed him so I threw it over for him too. It was probably the best meal he ever had.
