A Man Named Ginger Just Wanting To Be Loved
Picked these up on a whim whilst shopping inside Target. Thought my sisters would enjoy as they love a good gingerbread. This was not it. Not good at all. They tried to be polite but when they each stopped at one I knew something was up. They confessed…dry, dry, dry. I always check expectation dates and they were still street legal so it must have been the recipe itself. This Target brand is usually exceptional but again, this, not so much.

These cookies are perfectly balanced. the cookie has a snap to it like a ginger snap and the generous icing makes up for it in sweetness. They're super soft and the sprinkles are adorable. My family broke into these the moment I got home, my husband couldn't limit himself to one and even the kids loved them.
