Fun cookies for kids!
These were so fun! We had a really good time making them. The icing is … sparse - especially if you have a kid who eats some (most) of it from the tube. I’ll make my own royal icing to finish it.

Incomplete Directions
The instructions on this product are terrible. We followed them perfectly and the cookie dough was a crumbled mess. We ended up adding an extra cup and a half or so of water and then allowed them to cool for 30 mins in the fridge. They turned out tasting just fine but as other reviewers have mentioned there was not really enough icing so we had to spread it lightly across the entire batch.

Ignore bad reviews. These cookies were so easy to make, even with my 6 year old and 2 year old helping. Follow directions. The dough is a sandy consistency but i was able to roll it up in a ball and using a roller and make 6 cookies

Nauseating Play-Doe
We followed the recipe and the dough was dry and crumbly. We googled and added water to save the dough. Then we put them in, and they were not baking. Finally, they started to bake and some were too hard and some were raw. Couldn’t get them right. We tasted them and the taste is nauseating. The consistency of them is like Kinetic Sand or Play-Doh. The icing tastes like chemicals. Overall, the only good thing about this kit was the cookie cutters and the sugar balls. By the end - me and my family were nauseated so we decided to pretend it’s a craft and decorate them anyway.

these cookies were extremely crumbly, and I had to add more water to even make it the consistency of dough and then after letting it chill, rolling it out was a disaster. It was the equivalent to making cookies with kinetic sand would not recommend.

Loved them!
Had tons of fun putting these together. Would buy again. If your mix is too sticky then try leaving longer in the fridge, also use lots of flour when rolling and using cookie cutters.

Tasty but didn't work
The dough was so dry I added extra water, but then it was too sticky so I couldn't actually get the ninjas to release from the cookie cutter. I gave up and just used the dough to make regular cookies. Still super tasty and the icing and candy still worked well. I'll save the cutters for something else because they're adorable.
