A: I don't think this model has one. I haven't been able to find it on the fan itself, and it's not listed in the user's manual. It's either not an option, or they gave me the wrong remote.

A: Mute Function: To mute the fan sounds, press and hold the Mode button on the tower fan for 3 seconds. This should disable the beeping sounds when adjusting settings.

A: Press and hold the mode button for several seconds until the mute light comes on (crossed out speaker). You have to press the button on the tower. It won’t mute from the remote.

A: I just love how the brand “expert” doesn’t know their product correctly. The remote does not have a mute button despite their claim. Yet instructions points out a mute LED indicator on the product. I for one wish that a mute was possible, as the beep is overly annoying.

Purchased this fan 9 months ago. From day one not strong airflow. Hardly cools a room. I can only feel the cool air if I’m standing right in front of it. I’m looking to buy a different one because I need a fan to help cool a bedroom during these hot summer days.

It’s was nice at first, very quiet and a pleasant breeze until you want to move it to a different location and it falls and pieces of the fan on the inside break now it sounds like a car engine dying SO LOUD on all levels 1-6 , the higher level you put it on the higher the horrible sound.

Cheap. But cheap quality
After 2 months the fans power significantly went down. Even on the power breeze 6 speed mode sitting in front of fan there isn’t cool enough air. It’s an affordable fan but I wouldn’t say you should only rely on that as source of room cooling.
