Q: How do remove the base for transporting

A: In response to your inquiry about removing the base for transportation, we would like to inform you that once the base is properly installed onto the upper pole, it is typically securely fastened. If you must remove it, we recommend using a rubber hammer to gently tap the base, allowing the pole to gradually loosen. However, please note that this may affect the stability of the base when reinstalled, as it may not be as secure as the initial installation.
