Comfort
The chair is very easy to assemble and it includes all the parts and tools needed. It is not bulky like my previous chair and I love the lockable reclining features. This chair is very comfortable and ideal for taking naps while infront of your computer.

Crap Chair
Not as presented online at all! Foam padding is barely enough to sit on. Would give it less than one star but had to give it something. At least I got a full refund!

Great chair, customer service
The chair is exactly my daughter needed for college. Comfortable for long study sessions and even a power nap between subjects. The chair did come missing a handle which allowed the end of a lever to punture the back of the back rest during transport. Customer Service was super fast to respond and sent me out a brand new chair! Highly recommend doing business with this company.

Office work at home chair
The assembly was a little difficult, nothing holding the top to the wheels. Not cushion in the seat, very hard. After assembly I noticed it is not symmetrical, leans to the left, more noticable sitting in it. The foot stool doesn't go out as far as I thought and it's not very sturdy, so not using it. The advertisement said cushioning seat, it it hurting my tail bone, my lower back, and my bottom, very uncomfortable. The wheels and legs are very loud, like there is loose medal in them. I was very excited when the chair came, but I didn't get what I thought I was getting for $150.

One very happy camper.
I bought this chair for a college student who, after spending hours a day at her desk, was complaining of neck and back pain. This chair has completely corrected that challenge. She's now able to recline her back and put her feet up with her laptop as fatigue sets in. One very happy camper. Assembly was a breeze also, my 9yo son was able to complete it with me mostly coaching from the sideline.

Nice chair
I like this chair a lot. Not too soft not too hard. It is just perfect for my daily use. I usually work at home very long hours before my computer every day since pandemic starts. I have used my old wheel chair so much that I can feel the cushion was broken under the fabric. It became so uncomfortable that my back began to hurt. Since I bought this new chair, all my pain and problem gradually disappear though I still work crazily every day. Love this product!

After reading many reviews, I gave in and decided to judge for myself. The chair was easy to assemble. The directions were very clear. Assembly time was about 30 minutes. The chair is comfortable. I like that it reclines and you can lock the backrest to how you'd like. Unless you're 5 feet tall, the footrest is useless. The overall size is good. I'm 6'2, 220lbs and the chair is a good fit. It doesn't feel like a throne but it's not small. It could use a couple improvements. But nothing major in my opinion. Would recommend to someone.

went together without any trouble. the footrest and lean back are nice. the controls for lean back are a little far down. I'm 5'9" and 145 lbs and that makes me a little to small for this chair, will give to my brother who is 70lb more than me.

Good chair for a bad back.
This chair is good for my broken bone in my back. The bone is still healing. Head rest is just right. The only thing is I wish the foot rest was a little longer. My legs are longer. It is a good designed chair. Glad I bought it. Thanks to Aosom LLC who sold it.
