About the Author
Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer opened their first Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant, Honey & Co. in 2012. They have since added a deli, Honey & Spice, a grill house, Honey & Smoke, and now Honey & Co. Daily, a deli, bakery and café. They have an events space Honey & Co. Studio and host Honey & Co: The Food Sessions that are later turned into a podcast, interviewing influential guests from the food and drink industry. They have a recipe column in the FT Weekend magazine. Their first cookbook Honey & Co The Cookbook (2015) was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times, and was the Fortnum & Mason Food & Drink Awards Cookery Book of the Year, and won the The Guild of Food Writer's Award Winner for Best First Book.
