Alym A heartfelt story of self-discovery - A lovely and honest look at the pressure to find your place in the world. I highly recommend to all my fellow millennials. I found this novel extremely relatable in many ways, and the things I could not relate to, I learned something from.

@what_britt_reads ✨ Reading and Writing ✨  .  I’ve been quiet because I’ve been trying to get my life together (but actually) now that I’m back from vacation. Lots of building furniture, reorganizing and running errands!  .  Aside from reading, I’m finally starting to write more and outline what I hope will one day be a book. It’s been a dream of mine since I was very little to write a book and I think the time has come for me to finally work towards that goal. There’s nothing wrong with dreaming and making that dream happen. 🤩  .  What’s a goal you’re hoping to accomplish?? It can be bookish or not. 💕

@hereshaegoes “Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are” -Mason Cooley ____________________________ From the time I was very young I have used books as a means to travel through time and space. I didn’t get to go a ton of places growing up, but I read about them all and my love of travel grew. As I’ve gotten older I’ve been able to actually travel to the amazing places I used to read about. However, over the past year of the pandemic, I’ve gotten back to my reading roots as a means of getting away. I found myself reaching for the same types of books over and over (fantasy novels to escape reality 😅). Recently a friend turned me on to Book of the Month Club (Thank you stachayundt ) We’re only two months in and I’ve found two great books that are way outside my norm. I highly recommend checking it out! . . . . . #read #readersofinstagram #readmorebooks #reading #bookstagram #booklover #book #travel #travelgram #blogger #bloggersofinstagram #stayathome #igers #igerscincinnati #cincy #cincybloggers #bookofthemonth #travelblogger #traveltheworld #blackhistorymonth #readblackauthors
