Honey-smoked smoked salmon fillet that is fresh, cooked and read to eat. Our salmon is never frozen, and uses hot smoke from honey-coated 100% hickory. Our one-of-a-kind, salmon is fully cooked shortly after leaving the water and sealed tight as soon as it exits the small-batch smoker.

Smoked meat/dried meat fans. This is for you
I LOVE this brand, and their original flavor so far, is my favorite. I have to preface this by adding that I typically don't like salmon unless its sushi or as close to raw as possible, and add that I am a HUGE fan of smoked dred meats and the like. If that's you, youll love this. It's very smoky, and the texture is still flaky but with a nice chew in my opinion. For me... think beef jerky flavor profile or smoked pork, but its fish. I'm obsessed, and I can see why some of the real salmon lovers didnt go for this. Also, it's meant to be eaten cold, or very gently warmed if you must, I love it cold though. Perfect lunch
