Awful Paper Shredder
I followed the 6 page limit - it still broke quickly. It overheats very fast. And you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for it to start working again. It jammed with only 3 sheets of paper, I completely removed the jam and it no longer works. The motor runs but nothing happens with the paper. In the booklet there is a warranty. I contacted support to help, and hope they will call back to fix this.

I bought I because this was for home to get rid of daily mail , I put 3 papers & it jammed , took paper out jammed again then the motor stopped working … in the garbage ! Invest in a more expensive brand lesson learned

Stopped working after one day
At first, this shredder worked great but on the 2nd day, the paper jammed. I was able to get the paper out after an hour but it wouldn’t shred after that. I watched the Youtube videos for troubleshooting and I did everything they said but it still wouldn’t work. I had to return it.
