Description
The Honeywell(TM) 11 sheet cross-cut paper shredder for home office is the perfect addition for your personal shredding needs. It has the capability to shred up to 11 sheets of paper at a time into 5mm x 38mm pieces as well as plastic credit cards, staples and clips. This document shredder features a three-function control switch with auto start and stop, manual reverse, and manual off - so you can set it to fit your needs. It comes with a paper feed opening of 8.5 inches and a 6.6 Gallon waste basket to keep your shreds contained. The 9321DS is designed for in-home personal use to shred for up to 3 minutes before a 60 minute cool down period is needed. It is backed by a 1 year cutter and labor warranty and a 3 year warranty on parts.

Q: how can it have a continuous shred time of 5 minutes but after shredding 3 minutes it needs an hour to cool down???

Q: How heavy and study is the container? I just received one and had to return it due to it arriving packed poorly and a thin and brittle container which was broken to pieces!

Only use the shredder maybe three times, not overheating, it just stopped going forward but only goes in reverse. Disappointed I spent too much. If Dove Mountain employees manufactured this they seriously messed up.
