A: Except for our shelf-stable milk boxes, all our products are ultra-pasteurized (UP). It’s a very quick process—we bring the milk or cream to the appropriate temperature for several seconds, then plunge the temperature back down. For our shelf-stable milk boxes, we use ultra-high temperature (UHT) pasteurization. The milk is heated to a higher temperature for a few seconds and then put into special packaging, so it can be safely stored at room temperature until the expiration date. Pasteurization practices are standardized and regulated by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Not sure what happened but the straws are a little flimsy, half way through the drink the straws start to no work so you have to open the gulp tab to be able to finish the rest of the drink.

I bought these for my kids but thought I'd try one myself. It was not good, I couldn't even finish it. My 6yo chocolate milk lover thought it was just okay and my 9yo didn't like it at all. Also, milk for kids should be full fat, not lowfat. I gave it 2 stars only because my youngest kind of likes it.

I got a bad shopping experience! I bought 4 cases of Horizon milk for my kids throught an online order for instore pickup and shockingly one of them was already expired on 8/10/2024. My kids drank 4 of them! Luckily, they haven't shown any symptoms yet. I was trusting that whoever prepared my order would have checked the expiration dates. You had multiple opportunities to remove expired products from the shelf — how could something that expired on 8/10/2024 still be there? Even chat with CS then she just leaved the chat group after refunded for the case??? So unprofessional!

I bought a18 pack of this chocolate DHA Omega 3 milk for myself and my husband to drink. We have had the strawberry and it was very good. This one, not so much. I drank mine and said to my husband, this has no flavor. He said the one he had drank at work was the same way. Almost like it didn't have cocoa in it. What a waste.
