I seen a comment about this taste & feel of processed meat. All meat is processed to a degree. It was not in a blender. Its real meat. Why not five stars? It needs more fat cap on top fat is flavor.

I was really surprised how good this came out. I added garlic powder, a little bit of garlic salt and pepper to it. I cooked it for 55-60 mins. It wasn’t ready at the recommended time using the thermometer. I let it sit for 5 mins and served with mashed potatoes and green beans. The pork was so tender! Can’t wait to have it again. Worth the money 😀

My mom and I loved the Lemon Garlic Pork Loin Filet! I added the veggies and followed the slow cooker directions as written (although skeptical) and was pleasantly surprised! We went back to the store and bought more. We're going to try apple bourbon next!

I was so surprised when I made the pork loin for my Christmas Potluck at work. It was a hit. Meat tender and juicy. I always pick up extra for my freezer for future gatherings. I will make one for tomorrow church Chinese New Year Potluck. Thank you Hormel.
