Q: Tag line says "Reusable", but no directions on the package. How does this become reusable after the first use? Specs chart shows "Recyclable" as Sustainablity Claim, so not reusable?

Best icing pack for injuries
I've had two of these for years. I have used them countless times. Molds easy and allows for comfortable positioning. When I take it out of the freezer it is the perfect temperature for icing injuries. I don't use it for heat.

Exploded after a short time.
I have two; the one for cold is great. Unfortunately the one for hot didn’t last longer than a few months (using it maybe 2-3x month). I definitely can’t follow the heating instructions, it needs much less time, in increments. Accidentally followed the instructions and it exploded when I needed it for my pulled neck muscle. The pre-covid one I had lasted years!

I desperately needed this item as I had a bruise on my leg. This worked really well for me it allowed the bruise to stop harden and heal. I think the fabric portion is only Needed for when it’s time to heat or needs to be wrapped around a body part.
