Incorrect pieces included, poor service.
While it appears it’s missing an ear, it’s actually packaged in the box while unboxing and requires minimal assembly. However, ours came with an additional right ear and we need the left. I contacted company and they said they’d send me an email and they have not.

Smoke feature not working
Soon as we came home from purchasing the mask we added water for the smoke feature and it doesn’t work. The make does make noise and light up but smoke feature doesn’t work.

I checked 5, all missing an ear
My daughter picked this out as a gift for my son originally from a different store but on his birthday we realized it was missing an ear. went back to the store and all the others were also missing an ear.. so I ordered one from Target and when I picked it up, it was also missing an ear. so obviously there's an issue with ears staying secure and falling out of the open packaging. it was always the same ear too. We returned it and went with something else.
