Googled my printer to see what printer cartridge I needed and the 65xL came up. When you changed it, it stopped working. Needed the 67xl. Now I am stuck with 2 cartridges that don’t work.

When opening the package ink was use. They just close up the box and return it. It was target responsibility to make sure all return are examined carefully so no one would receive use products. I have to make sure now if I do purchase ink from target again so open it to make sure it not used.

I am a regular customer of Target, via shipping my orders to me, and the products are wonderul, even with price increases, due to inflation, which is understandable......HOWEVER......How many times must I repeat my request to have the boxes delivered to my door, and NOT outside the building? I am 77 years of age, have severe Osteo Arthritis, on a cane, must walk down 9 stairs, open a heavy door, step down, pick up package, close door, throw the package up the stairs, then open my apartment door, and toss the package into my apartment, which I have been occupying for over 18 years. It this too difficult a request? Please advise, as to drivers delivering my items, to my door, henceforth.....I would not like to locate a different provider at this time.....I await a confirmation of correction for the delivery procedures, at your earliest convenience. Thank you kindly,
