Doesn't last long
This ink cartridge is what my printer requires but it doesn't last too long. I'm retired so I don't have the need to print often but yet it needs to be replaced more often than often than I think it should and it is pricey. This time I ordered it online and much to my horror it was packaged with a laundry detergent container, disinfectant sprays, toilet bowl cleaners & furniture polishes. The box of the cartridge was crushed with the jostling while in transport. Very poor packaging but fortunately the cartridge itself doesn't appear to be damaged.

Disappointed in number of copies it makes
I received my parcel of HP 63XL Black High Yield ink cartridge in a quick fashion. In the past I purchased my ink from a store and I believed it was not making as many copies as promised which is 480. This time I wrote it down each time I printed and I got 226 copies. That’s 254 less than expected and all pages were straight typing, nothing fancy. I’m very disappointed for what it costs and it barely lasted 3 weeks.

Faulty cartridge
This cartridge, although brand new and fresh out the box, would not work in my printer. It kept giving problems, with the printer saying the cartridge needed to be replaced. Once I bought another one from Staples, the prompt on the printer was fixed. Sadly I couldn’t return the cartridge because I had already thrown out the box.
