This ink cartridge is what my printer requires but it doesn't last too long. I'm retired so I don't have the need to print often but yet it needs to be replaced more often than often than I think it should and it is pricey. This time I ordered it online and much to my horror it was packaged with a laundry detergent container, disinfectant sprays, toilet bowl cleaners & furniture polishes. The box of the cartridge was crushed with the jostling while in transport. Very poor packaging but fortunately the cartridge itself doesn't appear to be damaged.

This cartridge, although brand new and fresh out the box, would not work in my printer. It kept giving problems, with the printer saying the cartridge needed to be replaced. Once I bought another one from Staples, the prompt on the printer was fixed. Sadly I couldn’t return the cartridge because I had already thrown out the box.

The product is fine It’s the packaging that it arrived in. No packing material? I get you want to be environmentally concious about waste etc but the product could have been damaged in the process of delivery. I ordered ink from Target a couple of weeks ago and it came with paper packing material that protected the product. This time not so. Along with the box was damaged . One of the pictures I opened the box further from where the box was damaged. I recommend the product not the .packaging.

Sealed package but empty cartridge. This is the second sealed cartridge I have bought that doesn’t have the sticker on it and the printer is saying there is no ink in the cartridge. Unacceptable for something that costs so much.
