I needed a new laptop quickly and the service I received to achieve this was excellent. I'm generally happy with the laptop, especially the large screen, but find the pale grey print on the keyboard a challenge because of poor eyesight. It is also weird to me that the power button is in the top row of the keyboard and not on the body of the laptop.

Has all the basic functions of a laptop. Love the hp software that is built in. Easy to update windows drivers. Snappy performance. Issues I faced with this laptop: Battery depletes quickly despite minimal apps running in the background and there is certain heating issue. Noisy cooling fan.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago to replace my 12 year old HP laptop which i use on holidays and it was a bit to slow and the usb ports were starting to play up. This laptop is nice and fast and as of this time I am very happy with it. I like the HP range as we have 2 desktops, a monitor, 2 laptops plus a printer for various uses.

Loving this laptop. Having come from a large ALL IN ONE pc, this laptop has a big enough screen that I am not struggling to view things. Obviously more vertsatile which is great as I can take it with me. My only complaints are no disc player and my photos are all on disc and I thought it was a touch screen but it isn't, so a mouse is needed.
