This laptop offers an effective balance of form and function. Multiple interfaces allow for choice of peripherals in any number of settings both profesional and personal use as well as office and home. I use mine with an HDMI interface to a large external monitor. I tend to keep my computers longer than recommended so I am really enjoying the speed and storage this new model offers. Setup was seamless in the transition from my old HP to this one. One minor complaint is the distracting product popups which irritate when I am in office or Teams conference.

Stil currently working through the pros and cons, however overall i am very happy with this. I bought it to use as a itravel so ican still create content on the go. its fast enough, i uninstalled all the co pilot apps and just use it for photo and video creation.

I BOUGHT THIS HP FOR WORK/SCHOOL AS IT IS VERY LIGHTWEIGHT & PORTABLE. AT FIRST SETTING UP DID TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL AS EVERYTHING NEEDED UPGRADING ETC. I TRIED USING THE TABKET MODE BUT I FOUND THINGS SMALL THEN LARGE AND DIFFERENT POSITIONS ON THE SCREEN SO I DECIDED TO HAVE IT AS A LAPTOP. FACE RECIGNITION IS FANTANTASIC BUT FACE SURE IF YOU WERE GLASSES UPGRADE TO RECOGNISE BOTH FACES. TOUCHSCREEN WAS THE MAIN REASON WHY I BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER AS ITS VERY EASY TO USE. I ALWAYS BUY HP. QUALITY GUARANTEED. MY LAST COMPUTER WAS A LITTLE BIG BUT STILL WORKS AND HAS DISC DRIVE WHICH I LUV. ONKY UOGRATED AS THIS COMPUTER I CAN TAKE ANYWHERE, VERY LIGHTWEIGHT.

After 3 weeks of use: Windows Hello: 30% of times "cannot open camera" or fingerprint reader doesn't work. Device fails to wake from sleep. Has happened 5 times. Recovers with message saying "The shared SPI Flash was recovered from Embedded controller flash" WiFi sometimes randomly disconnects. Need to manually reconnect. Bluetooth sometimes has issues connecting.

I purchased this laptop in about a month ago, and so far it has proved to be a very good purchase. The delivery was swift, and the laptop has worked exceptionally well since the purchase. The only challenge is that I have not been able to use the facial recognition log in apart from the first fire days following my purchase. I think that may be a software issue. Other than that, it’s a superb device. Great processor speed. I will recommend.

For the price, the laptop needs to have a better screen. It should at least have a 3k OLED screen with 500nits+ brightness.
