A: I'd go with a size large. My kid has just turned 2, and he is 26 pounds...(size 4 movers but tall kid) we have him in a large for the higher waist/back and then Velcro it to size.

Easy and cute but snag on sharp objects
My sons love them, only problem is that when in the pool they may rip or tear on the steps or any sharp edges, easy to snag and such, other then that they are comfortable and a good fit

Huggies Little Swimmers fit my child really well and don’t puff up in the water like regular diapers do. They stay nice and snug, but still comfy enough for running around and splashing. They're really easy to get on and off, even when wet—and that they actually work. Very reliable while we enjoy the pool. The fun prints are adorable too, which makes my child excited to wear them.

Excellent swimming nappies, used them for taking both my kids swimming. The variety of sizing is great compared with other brands. The designs are always fun and catered to the age group normally with Disney themed characters. Fit nicely underneath swim wear and last the full time your in the pool, do what they are made to do.
