David Noer is an honorary senior fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership and professor emeritus at Elon University. He has written a wide range of articles, seven books, numerous book chapters and leadership research studies. He is the former editor of the Organization Development Practitioner and member of the Organization Development Board of Directors.
