I have been taking Huperzine A for at least 15 years! I am 89 years old and have no difficulty with the typical memory, or other things that my friends are having. It has been a great source of allowing me to converse with m y Grand Children about specific things and events that I know they respect and appreciate learning relative to an old man's experience.

I have been taking Huperzine A for many years for brain function and support. I take this along with Alpha Lipoic Acid and Phosphatidylserine. The only way to tell if this is working, is to stop taking it for 3-6 months, but i don’t want to take the chance. Swanson has the best price for the product, but slow processing and shipping times.

Boosts acetylcholine
The best huperzine available. I took this to help me quit smoking. It does the same thing as c#antix. It is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It helped with the fatigue I suffered after I quit and dizzy spells. After taking for two years, the effectiveness isn’t quite what it used to be. I have now added glutamine to increase my glutamate levels which also is necessary for dopamine production.

My naturopathic doctor recommended that I try Huperzine A supplements for my memory loss and, although my excellent memory that I USED to have hasn't been restored, I do believe this supplement has helped. I did have to increase my dosage to 200 mcg, and I am so glad you offer it! Thank you Swanson!

I have been taking Citicoline CDP for a couple of years and find it helpful for mental clarity, but when I added Huperzine A - wow! My recall has improved greatly. It was frustrating not to be able to access things I know I once knew, but now I feel like I"M BACK! Highly recommend!

This really does what it says. As soon as I took it the first time about 30 minutes later my mind felt clearer and my thinking was sharper. I am not kidding. I took 1 pill and I also take vinopocetine, but I had been taking that for a long time and as soon as I added this wow, it made a huge difference. I have my 88 year old mother taking it also. Wish I knew about this long ago.
