Something sturdy and well made to keep our items cold for an extended time but that is also easy to open and close. We had looked at several other brands before finding this one and the others were very hard to zip and unzip, and the price point was much higher. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend to others

This cooler is the absolute perfect size for road tripping with my kids or packing for the day for multiple people! I want to mention that the people complaining about it leaking… it’s my understanding that with a soft cooler it’s meant for ice packs. If you want put ice in a cooler and have it not leak, you have to use a hard one. Just my two cents.

It came pretty wrinkly and feels dented or bent in spots. I understand this could happen after wear and tear but it came like this? Other than that I love the color and how much it can fit!

I wanted to like this cooler, I really did. But after 5 trips with it I can thoroughly say it sucks. Filling it with sandwich makings, drinks and seven pounds of ice, you'll be lucky to not have a cooler full of water in 3-4 hours. This cooler just does not have the ability to keep ice for any excursion. I can't speak for if you're taking it to the office or keeping it in air controlled environments, but if you're thinking of taking this for a day at the river or for an overnight camping trip, I'd recommend trying something else.

I looked all over for the ideal cooler for my spouse and finally found this 20L cooler. He travels across the nation every other week, so when he arrived at various hotels and airports, he found that previous insulated coolers were not working properly and the food was warm. I chose this one since I couldn't rationalize shelling out a lot of cash for a top name brand. This is the one! He said the bag kept his food fresh as if it had been in the refrigerator the entire time, and it fits under the airline seats (sideways). The carry-on strap can easily slip on top of luggage if it is tightened near to the bag. All things considered, we highly suggest this one because it is strong, water-resistant, insulated, and internally simple to clean. It holds a large amount of meal-prepared food and an ice pack to go with it.

I have 2 cooler totes but needed something with a large base. This is perfect. I used it last week. It holds a lot. Very pleased I got the 20 L size and not the smaller one. I got it in blackberry color. Dark but not black. Also it’s very light weight and designed well to easily carry full. I’d highly recommend it.

I appreciate the easy zipper and generous size as well. It will be a great beach/picnic cooler this summer for our family! I haven’t tested it fully in the southern heat but I have high hopes for this as we love all of our Hydroflask items.
