This is the first Hydro Flask that I have purchased from Target, and it does NOT keep drinks cold for ANY amount of time. I have 6 others purchased directly from Hydro Flask, and have never had an issue with those. And according to Target's return policy, it can't be returned because it's been used (how would you know there was an issue with a bottle without using it?? That makes no sense.) Now I'm out $40 because of it..

It came damaged when I ordered it on line. So then I needed to drive to target, wait at the return line, go get my own item, come back to customer service and wait in line again to exchange it.
