Q: Brand new to Lacrosse, Am I supposed to loosen the bottom tie that is holding the net down firmly. I thought the net should be looser? Untied, the net has a hole and the ball falls out.

A: Hello - Great question. The Lacrosse set is ready to use right out of the box.The net should loosen over time, you can encourage it by slightly stretching the net by hand. This is a good hydro lacrosse set for casual fun in the pool or backyard. I saw other reviews stating the set arrived with the ball missing; my set arrived as seen in the photo with the ball captive between the two nets. The ball is a nice rubber ball. There are 3 color possiblities shown in Target's product photos, but which color gets delivered is a crapshoot. Target, please make the color selectable when purchasing. I did not want or like the color I received. The product detail and description incorrectly call this a COOP product (not a Target brand) when it is actually a Sun Sqaud product (a Target brand).
