HydroTech Pro Series Expandable Max Flow Garden Hose

I purchased two 75 foot Pro series hoses. The quality seems to be very good and is much better than their standard hoses. Unfortunately, the hose is only 75 feet when the valve on the end of the hose is closed. With the valve open, the hose shrinks to about 37 feet. That being said, Hydrotech is misleading you in thinking the hose is really 75 feet. You can stretch the hose a little with the valve open but it puts an enormous amount of pressure on the fittings of the hose which I believe will lead to a failure. I typically need a 50 foot hose so in the future if I by another pro series hose, I will buy the 100 foot version and maybe get 50 feet out of it.

I like the on/off valve, weight, and durability of the hose. My first one quit flowing after about 2 months for some reason and I had not registered it. I had to just buy a new one. I hope the second one lasts.

Much better pressure and volume than other expandable hoses that I have used, great product.

I have used these hoses for 5 yrs and love them for pulling around my yard to water flowers. Regular hoses are too heavy and bulky for me to use daily so I was extremely happy to find Hydrotech brand.

So light and easy to use. Nice green color and works perfect!

About a month ago I purchase this hose, it is light weight and seems to be well made. It is very easy to use, I do drain all water out of it after using and store it inside my garage. I just purchased another one, a 50'

Very sturdy and strong. Provides good water pressure and shrinks needing very little storage space.

For the price I would expect this to last more than 4 months. Hose didn't last 4 months before large leak at base of hose. I liked it up until that happened.

Heavy duty. Fast flow (although if your spigot does not keep up with the flow, hose retracts). Connections look like they will last....unlike my previous 3 retractables. When water is shut off, hose empties quickly.

Great for me to handle - light weight. A conventional 100’ hose would be too heavy for me to handle. Easy to store - no more wrestling with a bulky hose.

This is the second hose I buy first one came defective lasted little over 3 months I’m still waiting for a response on the claim but definitely the best water hose I’ve had

Love these hoses. Works great, lasts long and very durable.

The hose works great, the only issue I have is sometimes the material around the hose gets snagged on concrete sidewalk. Then start to fray.

Great hose, small enough not in use, but it increases a lot when in use.

Best hose I’ve used so far, this is my second time purchasing one in this brand, the fabric is durable but still lightweight enough to drag around the yard.

My new hose is built to last! Pro Series has to be the best built expandable hose I have bought. No more replacing hose after hose that only last a season.

I've had the cheap kind of expandable hose, but this one looks to be of a higher caliber. We'll see how durable it actually is, but having a warranty is nice.

Just purchased but out of the box it looks very well built. In time, we will see if it lasts longer than the competitors
