A: There is no expiration date on Hyland's Earache Drops. In the U.S., the FDA has exempted homeopathic manufacturers from putting expiration dates on their product labels. While nothing lasts indefinitely, homeopathic medicines are good for many years when stored under normal conditions (away from moisture and excessive heat or cold). If you notice the appearance of the medicine has changed, you should replace it. My daughter gets bad swimmers ear and we’ve tried everything and nothing would make it better. We did this the first night and it worked. She wasn’t itching or acting like her ear was bugging her. This brand I should have known would work like their cold meds. I also love that it’s homeopathic.

I don't like the feeling of it being clogged and I find that this product has helped relieve the pressure from my ears when there's water in there. A few drops and it's almost instant relief! It's helpful to keep in your beach bag just incase!

After the first use, my sinuses opened. Relief was almost instantaneous after that. This brand is good for loosening ear wax or simply moistening dry ears. I'd most definitely recommend to anyone looking for fast relief and I really appreciate that it contains a homeopathic formulation.
