I haven't had a chance to REALLY test this out in hot weather, but I have tried it a few times on my kid's heels when they were playing sports. My kids seem to grow out of their cleats so fast, and so I slip some of this on their heels to see if that helps with chafing. So far, so good! It's not greasy at all, so no complaining from my kids! Lastly, I love that it's hypoallergenic and paraben free, so I can use it on sensitive areas.

Since graduating college and getting married, I’ve put on some weight and now deal with pretty painful thigh chafing anytime I wear shorts, skirts, or dresses unless I have biker shorts on underneath. I’ve used this Chafe Relief cream a handful of times now and still keep my spandex in my purse (just in case) but I haven’t needed them once! The cream goes on smooth and quickly turns into a powdery layer that makes your skin feel soft and slippery, preventing that burning friction. I used it through a full day of church, lunch, and shopping while in a skirt, and didn’t need to reapply once! Toward the very end of the day it felt slightly less slick, but not enough to cause any chafing...I imagine it might’ve needed a touch-up only if I had been doing even more in my day. I’ve tested it a few times now and each time I’ve been able to leave my emergency spandex untouched.
