A: There is a small amount of expeller pressed/refined almond oil. Expeller pressed / refined basically means that it is intentionally overheated to expel any material that could potentially trigger an allergic reaction. We also go the extra mile to make sure everything is safe—every product is tested on people by independent labs that aren’t connected to us or our manufacturers in any way. And every single time, the results have shown no signs of skin sensitivity. We do understand that the almond oil may still be of concern and would recommend the body formula which does not contain the sweet almond oil.

This chafing stick compared to the other normal blue one is alright and it does its job but I feel like this one is not as smooth feeling, it hurts to run on my thigh while the other one just glides on. Once put on though it's not horrible it's just a little stickier when you're walking while once again the other one feels more natural and has a glide to it (hopefully that makes sense)

worked for me
i don't know what others are experiencing, but i bought this, went home, followed the directions and applied it to my inner thighs, put on my shortest shorts, and went for a 7 mile run. tl;dr: it seemed to work. no, it does not make it so your thighs are slick and frictionless. my thighs still rubbed together and i could feel it. what it does, though, is act as an ablative layer, almost waxy, such that at the end of my 7 miles, my inner thighs were not rubbed raw. i could still feel the product but there was no abbrasion. when i showered after, i could tell there was a very slick layer of product still in place. perhaps this stuff will perform even better in hotter parts of the year with more sweat present at the site. it was about 60°F during my run and i didn't sweat a lot. i say it worked because i know i would not have been able to do 7 miles in those shorts without moderate pain and chafing, leading to strawberry seed scabs the next day. those issues are what drove me to running in longer bike shorts, but now that skirt season is almost here i sought a way to even out my legs' farmer tan and this stuff appears to work for me.

I don’t even think target sells the brand in stores, but y’all, go buy the gold bond friction defense (unscented). It’s like $8 bucks and some change. And if you genuinely have thick thighs that blister up and leave bumps, you’ll love the good bond brand. I needed something ASAP so I bought this for her brand and it’s so hard to go on. It’s awkwardly hard. Like solid? It doesn’t want to rub on. And when you do get it on, it doesn’t work. Coming from someone who knows pain from chafing! Trust me!!!
