A: While it’s not formulated for breastfeeding, you can safely use Organic Skin and Scar Balm on your nipples. Since the herbs in Organic Skin and Scar Balm are not intended for internal use, a wipe off is needed before breastfeeding. If you’re looking for an option that doesn’t need to be wiped off, Earth Mama’s Organic Nipple Butter is formulated specifically to bring nipples back to their happy place without the need for a wash off.

Amazing!
First got this when my 5yo managed to give himself a massive rug burn on his face. Don’t ask. I was concerned that it would scar over so I got this balm. Within a few days, the scabs sloughed off and pure, unblemished skin was underneath. Fast forward to 2025, and I’ve managed to burn the crap out of my neck with my hair crimper. It looked like a nasty hickey. I’ve been using this balm and it has been doing wonders to help fade my fake hickey!

It appears to be helping to minimize the scarring left from my surgery in January. It does, however, leave a stain on my clothing when it comes into contact with it. If there is a recommended cleaner to use to remove these stains, I am hoping to have any suggestions. Thanks!

Good ingredients….but very expensive
I like that the ingredients are simple and non toxic. Haven’t used it enough to tell if it will work on fading and healing my scar from surgery. Price is a bit too high for me, not sure I would buy again.

I had 2 C sections and terrible scarring and keloids. This is the only cream that has worked. The keloids disappeared and the scarring has reduced.

Great little cream

Stink! Gimmicky.
It is sooo tiny! The jar is also very annoyingly shaped. Have to use a scoop to get it out so it doesn't get under my nails having to dig it out. It smells absolutely terrible. Which I know it says it's herbal and everything, but it makes me sick and the smell doesn't go away until you wash it off. It also days to apply 3 times a day! Who has time for that?? I got it for surgical scars on my breasts, so the smell is always right under my nose. Idk if it works. I've been using and see no difference. And it's so expensive for 1oz. I don't think there is anything that actual helps scars. I feel like I've tried everything. Seems like another scam.

The Miracle in a Little Container
I like that it is smooth and does not smell. I had breast reduction surgery, and this magical ointment is helping my wounds feel better. I will update about the scars in a few weeks, but overall, it is a terrific product.

At first I thought that product is so thick that it’s not even easy to get it out from the bottle, but if you use wooden stick it’s actually very nice to apply, easy to distribute on the scar. It also helps me not to get product on my hands as it smells too strong for me. Love the texture, bottle is small but you need tiny amount of scream so don’t get scared by size. My scar is healing very nicely

Skin & Scar Balm Rocks!!
I had a second surgery on my bicep to remove cancer and the scar was hypersensitive and itchy, stingy. The salve has completely calmed it down and my husband is receiving radiation treatments on his throat and the salve is keeping his skin comfortable from the burning. Love this salve!
