This cream isn’t too thick, which is what I’ve disliked about some other creams I’ve tried. It spreads on the skin well, and does not leave a sticky feeling afterward. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is I need to continue to use it for the recommended 3-6 months to see it truly work its magic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary from Influenster to provide an honest review. This intensive overnight scar cream is thick and easy to apply. There might be a slight floral scent, but it isn’t overpowering. The packaging says it takes about 8 weeks on new scars and 3-6 months on old scars for results. I only had about 2 weeks to trial this product and used on a 3 month c-section scar. It’s hard to say if there have been any results at this point with it being so early in the treatment process. The Dimethicone 2% in this cream helps provide skin protection while also locking in moisture. I plan on continuing use of this product to see if it helps at all.

A new nightly regimen

I was thrilled to try this because I’ve heard Mederma is the real deal for scar treatment and I have several spots to treat thanks to my dermatologist. I take a pea size amount and a little goes a long way!) spread it across each area of concern. The cream is slick and glides nicely for even application. There’s no smell, no staining or skin irritation. It’s too soon to see results on my old scars but my skin is well hydrated and protected for healing. I’m happy with this product and use it every night now.

It has a light , pleasant scent and a rich , moisturizing texture that feels very pleasant on the skin . I tried it on some of my older scars and didn’t notice much of a difference, but it has worked really well on my newer scratches and scars . You can barely see them now , and I am really happy with the result .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have been using the Mederma intensive scar cream for two months before I received this from influencer it does help tremendously with my burn scar. It does not help it heal faster, but the scar l lighten up quicker. The trick is to use it right away after the brown scale is peeled. I also put on sunscreen on the scar in the morning.

I am using it to treat a scar that i got as a result of poison ivy. It is slowly renewing my skin and moisturizing as it goes. The cream itself does not appear to be scented and it is not greasy at all, which is one of my concerns with these creams. A small dab goes a long way and spreads easily on your skin. I recommend this scar scream for an overnight treatment that you can easily work in to your overnight skincare routine.

Cream for Callus-like Incision Site Scars
I am totally impressed with this cream. Together with flexible silicon sheets, it is the only thing I've found that moves the needle. I had my third surgery to remove Dupuytren's contractures in my right hand -- my fourth overall contracture release. This is the second surgery where the incision went from the palm of my right hand to almost the entire length of my little finger. After the stitches were removed, the incision opened up in several places and had to heal from the inside out, which is not what I wanted. Once the incision was fully closed, the scars were so thick I could not pull my little finger into a fist position. If I placed it in the splint the orthopedic surgeon gave me, the pain was so bad I had to incrementally cinch the finger down. The Overnight Scar Cream worked better than anything I tried, which included various approaches like high urea-content cream. I apply the cream, then cover the area with flexible strips of silicone after the cream soaks in. I sleep with it on and protect it with the splint, which extends the finger. I reapply it during the day. It has taken a couple of months, but the scar tissue has improved dramatically and is completely gone in some parts.

Had high hopes
I had neck surgery, leaving me with a 4 inch incision. My surgeon recommended Mederma PM. Unfortunately, the smell was horrible, smelled like Bad, Cheap Sunscreen. Because it was near my face, I was was forced to stop using, due to the smell. That smell made it impossible to use. What a waste of money.
