HyperX Cloud Alpha S - Gaming Headset - Black-Blue

This item is supposed to be wireless, according to the "Specifications" and the "At a glance" tab. However when I received the item, it was in fact corded. The customer service rep for target claimed this item and its description are through a third party. With that said, I guess Target does not review these descriptions for accuracy? Even though the description is on their website and it is targets mistake, it still falls on me to ship the product back and purchase the one I wanted to buy in the first place? When I asked how target would remedy this mistake the poor customer service rep replied "Well, we are giving you a refund" like that isn't the bare minimum in this case. He finally caved and awarded me a whopping $5 bones.

These are a solid, comfortable headset with *great sound and easy bass adjustment sliders. The 7.1 surround sound adds depth, and the memory foam ear cushions make long sessions comfortable. The detachable mic is clear, and it works across different platforms. For an occasional gamer, it’s a *reliable, no-fuss choice*. Great purchase.

Product felt cheap the second I took it out of the box. All was going well until I decided to hook up the mic and it didn’t work. Immediately returned.

It's only early days but very happy with the build quality, sound quality and fit. Great price on sale and fast delivery. I recommend this headset for anyone looking for a decent low to mid range headset.

Great headset

The headphones are light on the head have good sound for casual or gaming people. Have microphones and comes with adjustable volume and mute buttons and if you don’t like mic you can disconnect it from the headphones.

Great headset for the price. Comfortable ear cushions, great sound, quality microphone. Works great with the HP laptop.

The sound quality is great after a few setting changes on my pc. Very comfortable even after 2 hrs of streaming. The closed back design does a great job of minimizing ambient noise. I did not use the usb audio control mixer since I use an audio amplifier to control my volume level.

Really comfortable and cable is long enough. 7.1 sound effect is super good. But the bass sound effect is not as good as I expected. I thought the bass slider was going to have a great influence on the bass effect, which is not true actually. Since there is not much bass originally, the slider can not do much difference. But overall, this headsetis not one targeted at music effect. It is a comfortable gaming headset. So, I will give it a 5.

A lot better then I had expected. It works amazingly on PC. If your on Xbox the 7.1 surround that comes with the headset does not work, however the sound quality is still just as amazing
