A: 2gm according to the label. I’d skip this and buy real butter instead. It’s more natural and less ingredients and no chemicals to preserve it.

It’s a decent substitute

Staple at home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually a staple in our house. We typically go with the lighter version of it, but this one is great too. It has a nice spreadable texture and it melts well. We try to stick away from real butter just because of cholesterol and saturated fat levels. The flavor is good. The product lasts a while.

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter is a great alternative for those looking to stay away from butter. It tastes great, has great value, ands healthier than other alternatives. It doesn’t go great with baking, but it does really well spread on toast, bagels, and other other breads. I also use it in my steamed vegetables. I would recommend this product.

Excellent butter substitute
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the taste of this spread! I have also tried the spray butter and the olive oil spread and all of them are excellent! This tastes so much like salty butter, and spreads much easier than waiting for a stick of butter to soften. It has a smooth texture and doesn't taste fake. It spreads well, and also melts well. Even the scent smells good! Overall just a great brand and a great product.
