Contains licorice -- bad for high blood pressure
I truly wanted this to work, and I've read so many great reviews on it. But after looking closer at the ingredients list, I noticed that it contains LICORICE -- which is a big no for people with high blood pressure. So sad that I cannot continue it.

A Remarkably Natural and Effective Solution
Over the past 12 months, I have used Iberogast several times to relieve feelings of heaviness and digestive discomfort after eating particularly heavy meals in the evening. Without fail, within about 30 minutes of taking it, I experience a noticeable release sensation accompanied by a small burp. What I truly appreciate about this product is that it is completely natural, made from herbs, yet delivers a clear and strong effect in resolving the problem. This means a lot to me, especially since in the past I had to rely on chemical-based remedies. Thank you guys!

Please be very very careful when taking these. Take with caution. I ended up being extremely allergic to one ingredient in these pills. To the point I was covered in hives, stomach pains, diarrhea - everything. Ended up having to go to the ER because the hives became so bad. Just be warned and take with caution.

Disappointed, soft gels have wheat in them
Buyer beware! Softgels contain WHEAT. I was so disappointed when I bought these, took them for two days before I realized something was giving me an adverse reaction. My fault I did not read the label correctly. The liquid has no wheat in it. So disappointed as the soft gels are so much easier to take. Please make them without wheat..

Not bad but no noticeable improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive these as someone who struggles with various stomach issues. Admittedly, I also don’t eat as well as I should, so take this with a grain of salt in that respect. I took them but did not notice and improvement in any gastric symptoms. Maybe it needs to be a longer and more ongoing practice that you all need to add healthy eating to, but for me, no magic answer for bloating and constipation. They did not make me sicker, they did not taste poorly and they packaging was easy to use so overall not a bad product, just wish I saw more results. I was hoping to have a bloating before and after photo but was not able to get one that was noticeable enough.
