It does help with my back pain. Goes on very cold and then becomes very warm, making the pain go away within like 20 minutes. Had a pretty strong smell but it doesn’t bother me. Cream is very easy to apply. Highly recommend!

I work in retail and these sell like hotcakes amongst the older population. It works great on them, like the saying goes if it ain't broken don't fix it. I use it on myself as well it is light to apply and not at all sticky.

This is like the original balm for muscle aches for me. my parents use it all the time when I was little so I was always familiar with it. I’m used to the smell and small it a mile away probably. It definitely works to relieve the pain and soreness. Give it a nice rub with it wherever the pain is. You won’t regret it.

I've had a jar of IcyHot for some time (2 or 3 years) & it's worked just great right to the last dollop! I couldn't find this jar on line as a pick up item at Target, so I settled for this cream. It's really crummy. Takes forever to rub in and does absolutely NOTHING! VERY disappointing! I had such great results with the blum I never give any thought to looking at the reviews, I SURE wish I had and saved myself some $$$! It's VERY rare that anything I buy at Target is disappointing, but this is!

I bought this because it’s the classic, everyone knows it and it was half the cost of Biofreeze which I usually get. This was a mistake. Not only does it really not work well (especially in comparison to Biofreeze) it made the whole bedroom stink, it’s burning my eyes, I can’t put my shirt back on until it dries and I can taste it even though I didn’t touch it and I’m not the one who applied it. Add poly grip and moth balls and it would smell like an old persons house in here. It was not worth the lower cost, it’s more a menace than anything lol. I will be returning it and paying more for Biofreeze, which makes me forget for a little while that I even have hurt muscles!
