Q: The mouse did not come with a USB receiver so I'm not sure how to connect it. I tried via bluetooth, device is powered on but it doesn't come up. Please help!

Sometimes USB 3.0 can cause interference with 2.4GHz wireless devices. Unplug the USB receiver, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in. Restart Your Computer: Pairing Mode (If Bluetooth): Ensure your mouse is actively in pairing mode when trying to connect via Bluetooth. It’s very cute. The only problem is that whenever I went to drag a file or email it would let go of it and the mouse would jump somewhere else. It’s like I would have to be pressing down really hard to drag something.

i’ve tried switching my batteries and switching my usb ports. I even went back to target to exchange for a new one but I cannot get it to connect to my computer. Every time I put a new battery in all it does is blink red once and then will never do anything. No manual either so do not buy.

I was a little nervous to buy this because of the negative reviews stating that this mouse wouldn’t connect to their computers. Thankfully, I didn’t have that problem at all! It connected as soon as I plugged it in. I also love the look and feel of it, plus, it’s extremely quiet when you click. All for a great price, too!
