    Not happy

I was not very happy as the coffee is extremely fine and was difficult to brew in my mocha master. I also tried it in my Keurig where I have my own pods and it was terrible. I will try the K cups for the Keurig

    Definitely love Illy.

I originally had an issue with my purchase. When the box arrived it was partly ripped, cut and taped back together. ALL the cans were smashed or dented. Took photos & a video. Contacted customer service was immediately taken cared of and problem solved immediately. Much appreciation and very satisfied. Been a happy customer for years. Aloha

    Very smooth and flavorable.

I've been buying this product from illy.com for more than 8 yrs. It's very smooth compared to the Starbucks medium roast Pike Place that I had been buying for years. I learned about it at a restaurant that served it. I had to switch!
