Caldero surely will damage your stove the bottom of the pan has a round jagged metal ridge that will scrape gauge deep into your stove, my stove is brand new and now damaged. My inlaws from peurto rico came in and were teaching me how to make abechoiles rice and beans where you get crispy rice and scrape the bottom of the pan. This pan is going in the trash never to be used again.
