BRITTANY DOES IT AGAIN!!! She is real and seriously has changed the game for healthy eating!!! I’m so thankful for all of her books and can’t wait to dive into this one more! I’ve dealt with psoriasis on my head and blisters on my face for a long time not understanding why. And I started instant loss and within 2 weeks BOTH were cleared up! I haven’t had to buy dandruff shampoo in 4 months. My head isn’t itchy anymore! I’m forever thankful!!! BUY THIS!!!! Food can be damaging or healing and this definitely has healed me!
