Q: How is this version different from the 2018 edition? Is it the same size/dimensions also? Thank you.
A: Both books have different recipes, the first book addresses the authors personal story, this book is more focused on overcoming unhealthy habits, long term sustainability, and gives more detail about how to lose weight without counting calories or dieting. There are recipes for the Instant Pot and the Air Fryer and oven instructions if you do not have an air fryer. This book has way more photographs, is longer, and larger.
