  • A: Both books have different recipes, the first book addresses the authors personal story, this book is more focused on overcoming unhealthy habits, long term sustainability, and gives more detail about how to lose weight without counting calories or dieting. There are recipes for the Instant Pot and the Air Fryer and oven instructions if you do not have an air fryer. This book has way more photographs, is longer, and larger.

Not many recipes that I like or want to make. A lot of the ingredients I can’t have. I will be returning this book. This may be good for some, but just not for me. The recipes are also not that simple or affordable to buy all of the ingredients.

I use this book (and Brittany’s other cookbook and recipes) to make 80% of my family’s meals. They are easy, simple, yummy and quick to make. I love her recipes and appreciate that they are dairy and gluten free. This book is a must have for those Instant Pot lovers who are health conscious or want to be without it being too difficult.

This recipe book has very complex stuff to make I thought it was going to be easy ingredients to fine and easy food to prep. Out of the hunter recipes there’s only maybe three that I would like. It’s mainly just gluten-free hard to prep foods. It’s no different than any other diet that you have to go out of your way and prep for long periods of time .

This book has been an amazing help for our family who had celiacs. I love how it’s gluten free but there are simple things like tortilla and bread recipes along so we don’t feel like we’re missing anything. There are dairy free options and subs for those with egg allergies too. I’m a working mom and everything cooks up very quickly so I don’t feel like I’m spending a tremendous amount of time in the kitchen which is important to me. I am loving this cookbook so much I bought several copies for friends and one for my parents so they could have a recipe source to use for my kids when they come to visit. If you’re on the fence. Don’t be. I was but this cookbook has exceeded all of my expectations. I wish I could give it 100 stars.
