Why did you change the lid on caramel macchiato creamer?? The foil was much easier to remove, and the lid now is hard to open and hurts my thumb. It was perfect before. Why mess up a good thing? Please return to original design that I have used for years. Dropping 5 star to a three.

I don’t know what is happening to the creamer lately. It thickens in chunks. I’m disappointed. I thought it was a one time thing but every new bottle is the same. I’m going to look for a different brand now.

This use tonget 5 stars and I'm usually not a Negative Nancy but when you changed the packaging with the new top (which I dislike so much) and bottle you also changed the flavor. I have been on a weightloss journey since Feb of 2022 and I measure my creamer on my food scale every single day. I have used this exact flavor the entire time and now when I measure out my same serving it isn't the same. My coffee doesn't taste the same with the exact same measurement. It isn't as sweet. Fix it it, please. My coffee hasn't been the same and that makes me sad!!!
